Overview of our Corporate structure
Our corporate structure is orientated toward the requirements of the market and the desires of the customers. In an effort to be mindful of the need for flexibility to satisfy customers’ desires, in May 2008, as an additional step in our lasting growth strategy, MK Bio GmbH [Ltd.] was founded as an equal partner to Dima GmbH [Ltd], which already existed.
